You can change theme’s CityBook Add-Ons plugin template from child theme by copy .php files to child-theme/cth_listing/ folder.
For example, you want to change user dashboard profile page. And you have to change citybook-add-ons/shortcode/dashboard-profile.php file so just copy shortcode/dashboard-profile.php to your child theme folder then edit.
