With TownHub theme, only site owner and Listing Author (users with Listing Author role – https://prnt.sc/qhde2m ) can submit listings

And by default, new registered user is under Subscriber role ( https://prnt.sc/qhdedz )

So to be able submit listings, the user have to buy a author membership plan from Pricing Tables page https://townhub.cththemes.com/pricing-tables/ ( https://prnt.sc/qhdfj2 )

1.1 – If the user select free membership plan ( https://prnt.sc/qhdhcw ) and Auto Active Free Subscription is checked ( TownHub Add-Ons options screen: https://prnt.sc/qhdh3o ) then he can submit listings at that time.

Otherwise site owner ( administrator ) have to edit his subscription post with Completed status ( https://prnt.sc/qhdhwx ) then he can submit listings.

The user role is automatically changed to Listing Author.

1.2 – If the user select non-free membership plans then pay for the subscription using online payments Paypal, Stripe or Payfast ( https://prnt.sc/qhdrin ) then he can submit listings at that time.

For other payments, site owner ( administrator ) have to edit his subscription post with Completed status too.

2 – If Publish Listing after paid option is checked submitted listings will be visible on front-end site at the time ( with Publish status instead of Pending ) https://prnt.sc/qhdt7a

Allow user submit listings after register?

Step 1 – Enable Allow register as author? option: https://prnt.sc/qhdtqx

Step 2 – Enable Auto Active Free Subscription option, and select a default Free Plan – which registered users will be subscribed to ( https://prnt.sc/qhdumq )

So when registered users with Register as author option checked is able to submit listings ( https://prnt.sc/qhdvgn ), without go to pricing tables page to select a membership plan and waiting site owner active their subscriptions.

You can edit signup form to make Register as author button checked by default: https://prnt.sc/qnc1hi. And users don’t need check it then.
