Every customs booking a room (time slot), availability quantity of the room (time slot) will be deducted by booking quantities. If there is no available quantity of the room (time slot), it will be not display on booking form for other customers.

By default, only quantities from Completed/Approved booking ( paid or approved by author ) will be deducted. You can choose which booking statues will be used to calculate from TownHub Add-Ons menu screen -> Booking tab.

Note:

1. Pending status is a new booking/inquiry which is not paid or approved by author.
2. Completed/Approved status is a booking/inquiry which is paid or approved by author.
